We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date for store credit only. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase.
Any returned items that do not meet these requirements will not be processed and will be shipped back to the customer.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, your return will be processed, and a store credit will be issued in the form of a customer credit number. You will receive an email return confirmation that shows your eight digit store credit number. This number is unique to you and is eligible to be used in-store and online. Your store credit does not expire. To use your store credit in-store, simply ask the salesperson to apply your store credit to your purchase. You are also able to redeem your store credit online in a few simple steps. Once on the checkout page, input the eight digit store credit number in the box labeled “Discount code or gift card” and press apply. This will apply your store credit, if there is a remaining balance on your ticket, you will be prompted to provide Credit Card information to complete the
purchase. If your store credit covers the total balance of your purchase, you will be able to complete the transaction. Any additional store credit will remain on your store credit number for future purchases.
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at email@example.com to request an exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Make the subject of the email “Return Order #***” notifying us of your return, and we will send a confirmation email saying we are agreeing to process your return and will process it within 7 business days of receiving your return.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include your receipt and/or order confirmation.

We ship weekly Monday - Friday and aim to get all orders out within 24 hours of your purchase! We do not ship on weekends.
